It is apt that Crescent launched their product in Singapore, CommunicAsia 2011 as they are currently co-partnering with Singapore National University (NUS) Extension.
In line with AITI’s ICT Industry Development Initiatives vision of bringing Brunei local developers into the international fora and AITI has also organised visits to prominent business companies in the interest of creating networking opportunities. AITI would like to bring the made-in Brunei ICT products to potential business partners through networking process during the exhibition which brings investors from as far as USA to Singapore.
One example of a successful business matching made during the previous CommunicAsia was the company Infindo. Simon Soo, Project Manager of Infindo was quoted, “ Based on CommunicAsia 2010, we received great feedback from visitors who visited our booth. In general it was a successful exhibition for us as we were able to promote our Apps development and multiple platform solution to the right target market who is mostly mobile carrier company as well as system integrator. Throughout the event, we successfully achieved very good positive leads and managed to recruit some channel partners worldwide. The exposure obtained was impressive and we strongly believe that we successfully brought our brand name to a whole new level.”
Aside from Mars Enterprise, Crescent Sdn Bhd and Infindo, other participating companies include Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru), BruGPS Technologies Sdn Bhd, Network Intergrity Assurance Technologies Sdn Bhd(NIAT), ilm academy, and Expansys Technologies.
