Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the management and execution of Corporate Strategy and Programme Management Office (PgMO) initiatives and programmes that will support organisational excellence and performance in fulfilling the organisation’s functions. Other responsibilities include assessment and monitoring of the organisation’s project performance, business process improvements and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements and Job Specifications:
- Higher National Diploma (HND), Advanced Diploma or equivalent to Brunei Darussalam Qualification Framework (BDQF) Level 5 in Business Management, Business Studies or any field deemed fit by AITI.
- Proven experience with and familiarity with project or programme management practices is an added advantage.
- Strong research, analytical skills, team collaboration, and time management skills.
- Good creative and innovative thinking.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to interact effectively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
