Assistant Manager, Licensing

Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation and administration of licensing and regulatory functions with respect to telecommunications systems and services in Brunei Darussalam. This includes assisting in the development, implementation, administration, monitoring and enforcement of policies, legislation, regulatory strategies and regulatory measures related to telecommunications industry.

Requirements and Job Specifications

• Higher National Diploma (HND), Advanced Diploma or equivalent to Brunei Darussalam Qualification Framework (BDQF) Level 5 in Business Management or any other related fields deemed fit by AITI.
• Possess relevant working experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Skilled in clear and concise business writing.
• Good stakeholder engagement skills, communication skills, and a proven ability to interact effectively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI.
