Overall Responsibilities
Responsible to provide administrative support and ensure that services and operations are provided in an effective and efficient manner. To perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as arranging meetings and confirming appointments, attending incoming letters, document management and filing and outgoing letters, distribution of letters, paperwork as well as managing hardcopy and softcopy filling and etc.
Requirements and Job Specifications
- Minimum of 4 ‘O’ Levels OR BTEC Level 2, NTEC or equivalent;
- Having relevant working experience is an added advantage;
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions;
- Ability to read, comprehend and prepare simple instructions, short correspondence and memos;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English;
- Good organisational skills;
- Good teamwork and collaboration;
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
