Manager, Business Infrastructure Management, Technical Services Unit

Overall Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure to support business goals. This includes managing servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services, as well as leading IT team members. The role involves driving and managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring compliance and security, and managing budgets. The Manager shall ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project delivery, and effective team collaboration to meet organizational needs.

Requirements and Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field as deemed fit by AITI.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in IT infrastructure management including leading IT projects.
• Experience in administration, management, and operation of a medium to large IT environment with MS servers (MCSA or MCSE is a plus) and of enterprise network infrastructure and security appliances.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Cisco are an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, network management, cybersecurity and enterprise solutions.
• Competent in both managerial and technical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, decision-making, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to interact effectively and manage relationships withinternal and external stakeholders.
