Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance AITI’s brand visibility and engagement. This role includes overseeing digital marketing efforts, managing social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The role will also design and implement marketing campaigns, conduct market research to optimize outreach strategies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively promote AITI’s programmes, initiatives, and events.
Requirements and Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Communications, Marketing, Media and Design, or any other related fields deemed fit by AITI.
- Proven relevant work experience in corporate communications, marketing, or branding is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, market research, and analytical skills.
- Strong creativity with the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media platforms, paid ads).
- Good stakeholder engagement skills and a proven ability to interact effectively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
