Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the AITI learning and development program. This will include assessing the training needs of employees, designing effective learning strategies, managing the training budget, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with the AITI Strategic Plan with the aim of achieving organizational excellence.
Requirements and Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field as deemed fit by AITI.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in HR, training, or learning and development such as CIPD level 7, CHRP, CHRMP, etc. are an added advantage.
- Must have at least six (6) years of working experience in leading HR teams/units specifically in the learning and development area.
- Excellent leadership quality, communication skills, people management, strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and proven ability to interact and manage relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in handling HR-related matters.
