FIND Talents is a Human Resource Tech company with the mission to help candidates discover jobs while helping companies make faster and better hiring decisions through their innovative features.

They are looking to develop a one-stop solution for hiring needs with a job portal and an application tracking system. A custom CRM solution to keep track of candidates' profiles as well as workflow for hiring.

Labwork's task was to develop an end-to-end recruitment solution:

1. Job Portal
   • Candidate account registration and CV creation
   • The job listing, advance filtering, and multi-lingual support
2. Application Tracking System
   • Custom CRM solution for candidates, CVs, and hiring management

Leverage the Umbraco CMS as a hybrid platform with rich features to support the portal needs

Find Talent's application tracking system covers an end-to-end recruitment process to help companies keep track of applications and includes a candidate selection workflow. Companies are able to develop their own brand page and integrate job posts with the recruitment and hiring process. The project spans multiple phases. The MVP is launched for recruiters with a future roadmap of scheduled enhancements.
