Coding.bn is a programme that provides a comprehensive educational experience that places equal emphasis on technical proficiency, hands-on experience and professional development. This programme aims to minimise the gap between what the participants have learned during their higher learning education and the demands of the market today. The participants were trained through selected modules and underwent apprenticeship and one-on-one mentoring with a selected hosting organisation.

This programme is an AITI initiative and is one of the recognised programmes under the MISC-WG ICT which aims to tackle the growing concern on the rise of unemployment rate in Brunei Darussalam by offering programmes that focus on improving the readiness and marketability of youth jobseekers towards the ICT sector.

Throughout the programme, the participants underwent three (3) months of intensive learning followed by three (3) months on-the-job training with the hosting organisations and concurrently they were mentored by industry experts. A total of nineteen (19) host organisations participated in the programme namely, Al-Kindi Coding Centre, Shell Livewire, Progresif Sdn Bhd, Rumine Corporation, HueTech Enterprise, MenG: Game Company, LabWorks Digital, Sphiere Sdn Bhd, Beep Digital Solution Sdn Bhd, Synapse BN, Tardigrade Solutions, Grominda Sdn Bhd, Respin Alpha (SuperSquadSoccer), Dossyr Corporation, Seria Energy Lab, Network Integrity Assurance Technologies Sdn Bhd (NiAT), Jerudong Park Country Club Sdn Bhd, Mindtrex Academy Sdn Bhd and InnovAero Sdn Bhd.
