The ASEAN Cyberkids Camp, introduced in 2008 and initiated by Malaysia, aims to enhance the skills of students aged between 7 and 12 in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, creative use of ICT, and awareness of cross-cultural issues. It has become one of the ideal ASEAN-level activities which aims to promote regional cooperation and integration among ASEAN Member States (AMS). The Camp is one of the initiatives under the ASEAN Digital Ministers Meeting (ADGMIN) which is supported by the ASEAN Digital Senior Officials Meeting (ADGSOM) in which AITI is actively involved.
