First Public Consultation on the Proposed Postal Licensing and Regulatory Framework

 

AITI released a Public Consultation Paper (PCP) on 21 December 2020 to obtain feedback from postal sector, stakeholders and the general public on the proposed postal licensing and regulatory framework. In line with the objective of ensuring efficient and effective regulation of the postal sector, it is the intention of AITI to migrate to a more streamlined licensing structure.

At the close of the Public Consultation on the development and implementation of a Licensing and Regulatory Framework for the Postal Sector, AITI received submissions from the industry and interested parties.

AITI has reviewed the submissions received in relation to the Public Consultation on the development and implementation of a Licensing and Regulatory Framework for the Postal Sector published on 21 December 2020 and has finalised its response on 8 March 2021.
