AITI is seeking qualified and experienced Tenderers with proven registry solutions to migrate the Brunei Darussalam Network Information Centre (BNNIC) on-premises registry-registrar system to a secure cloud-based platform. The Vendor is required to implement system upgrades incorporating advanced security features and enhanced service modules as part of this modernization initiative.

The objectives are: 

•  Modernise and Enhance – Upgrade the existing BNNIC registry-registrar system to the latest software version, integrating advanced security features, additional modules, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure Robust Security & Availability – Maintain stringent security measures, high reliability, and uninterrupted system availability during and post-migration.
• Seamless Data Migration – Transition passive data to a new cloud-based database infrastructure with minimal disruption.
