Prayer Room Renovation at AITI

AITI is seeking a qualified and experienced Vendor who is registered with the Ministry of Development under the category of B01 to build renovation works for two (2) prayer areas located at AITI’s premises Blocks B13 and B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kampung Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam in accordance to the specifications contained herein.

The objective of this project is to enhance the functionality and comfort of the two (2) prayer rooms located at Blocks B13 and B14 of AITI’s premises. The renovation aims to provide a healthier, safer, and conducive prayer space for employees.

The Successful Vendor shall supply and deliver the following high-level scope of work:

• Design and Build of Two (2) Prayer Area;
• Warranty and Defects Liability Period;
• General Requirements; and
• HSSE Requirements.
