Provision of LED Screen and AV System for the Digital Future Conference and Exhibition (DFCE) 2026

AITI is seeking a qualified and experienced Vendor for the provision, rental and coordination of LED Screens and Audio-Visual (AV) Systems for the Digital Future Conference and Exhibition (DFCE) 2026, to be held from 4 to 6 August 2026 at Munawarrah Hall 1, Setia Point.

The high-level scope of work involves:

1. Provision of rental and operation of LED Screens;
2. Provision of rental and operation of AV Systems;
3. Provision of rental and operation of Livefeed Services (Optional);
4. Logistics and dismantling; and
5. Rehearsal / dry-run.

Vendors shall possess the following general eligibility criteria:

• Businesses and companies legally established in Brunei Darussalam with past experience in the Contract Work;
• Have past experience and expertise in the supply, installation, operation, and management of LED Screens and AV Systems;
• Have experience in supporting or managing large-scale conferences or similar events; and
• Possess adequate facilities, qualified manpower, technical expertise, and equipment necessary to deliver and manage the required services effectively.
