Renovation for Staircases at AITI’s Premises

AITI is seeking a qualified and experienced Vendor who is registered with the Ministry of Development under Class 1, Category of B01 (Building Works) and E01 (Electrical Wiring Installation) to carry out the renovation on staircases at AITI’s premises at Blok B13 and B14, Simpang 32-5, Jalan Berakas, Kampung Anggerek Desa, Bandar Seri Begawan, BB 3713, Brunei Darussalam in accordance to the specifications contained herein.

The objectives of this project are to enhance aesthetics representation and to provide a Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) conscious working environment.

The high-level scope of work involves:

• Supply and Installation of building works such as Floor Tilings, Staircases Tilings, Paintings (Wall & Ceiling) and Handrails;
• Supply and Installation of electrical works such as New Lighting Fixture (LED Panel Light), including Wiring and other relevant accessories;
• Installation of Mechanical works such as air-conditioning works, including piping and other relevant accessories;
• Supply and installation of miscellaneous items, such as fire extinguisher, signages etc.
• Defect Liability Period;
• General Requirements; and
• HSSE Requirements.
