Surveillance Camera (using AI Cloud Analytics) Pilot Project

As part of AITI’s efforts in promoting digital awareness and its initiatives, AITI seeks to exploreopportunities on new emerging technologies and its solutions by carrying out the SurveillanceCamera (using AI Cloud Analytics) Pilot Project as a Proof of Concept (POC) in capturing real-time video feed, which will then be processed at the back-end AI Cloud Analytics to generateAITI’s use cases, in addition to utilising the Visual Dashboard and Reporting.

AITI envisions the emerging technologies to demonstrate capabilities of integration with theexisting ecosystem (hardware and software), able to produce scalable solutions and/or longterm digital ecosystem, hence leading to effective and efficient planning, and enhancedutilisation of resources. This supports the efforts to achieve the Smart Nation’s initiativesthrough digital transformation vision, to drive and enhance its socio-economic growththrough adoption of key technological developments such as Data Analytics, ArtificialIntelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT).

The objectives of this project are as follows:

• to showcase to AITI’s stakeholders on opportunities and capabilities of emerging technologies;
• to study and identify new opportunities of emerging technologies to generate long term sustainability outlook; and
• to leverage from experts, solutions provider and industries on knowledge research, development and best practices.

The high-level scope of work involves:

• Supply and Delivery of Hardware, and Subscription of AI Cloud Analytics;
• Installation and Commissioning;
• Knowledge Transfer;
• Acceptance Test;
• Warranty;
• Maintenance and Support Services;
• Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Requirements.
