Price Regulation

AITI regulates tariffs in the telecommunications sector to ensure that telecommunications services are offered in a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory manner, while promoting effective competition and protecting consumer interests.

As part of its regulatory functions, AITI oversees the filing and publication of tariffs by Telecommunications Licensees in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

 

Tariff Filing

Telecommunications Licensees are required to file tariffs with AITI. As part of the tariff filing process, the following documents must be submitted:

  • a cover letter;
  • a completed Tariff Filing Form; and
  • all relevant supporting documents
