AITI is seeking a Tenderer to develop, organise and manage an end-to-end programme which provides technical training and mentorship programme for digital animation creators to develop skills in producing commercialised short-animated film(s).

The objective is to nurture and develop a digitally skilled workforce in Brunei Darussalam particularly in animation production and to establish potential start-up(s) capable of producing animated contents using relevant digital tools and technologies.

The high-level scope of work involves the following:

• Sourcing and enrolment of selected participants

• Development and implementation of four (4) weeks training programme plan;

• Provision of training facilitator(s);

• Provision of animation digital tools subscriptions and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) cloud platform subscription(s) to enable the production of short-animated film by the participants;

• Provision of eight (8) weeks mentorship in the production and commercialisation of the short-animated film; and

• Conduct closing ceremony (optional).
