Provision of Audio and Video Services for the 36th Asia-Pacific Telecommunity Working Group (AWG) Meeting

AITI is seeking a Vendor for the provision, rental, and coordination of PA system as well as audio and video services for the 36th Asia-Pacific Telecommunity Working Group (AWG) Meeting, scheduled to be held from 6 to 10 April 2026 at the Rizqun International Hotel.

The objective is to obtain the services of a suitably qualified Vendor for the provision, rental and coordination of a reliable and high-quality PA system, along with comprehensive audio and video services, to ensure smooth technical operations and effective communication support throughout the 36th Asia-Pacific Telecommunity Working Group (AWG) Meeting.

The high-level scope of work involves:

• Provision of rental and operation of PA System;
• Provision of rental and operation of audio-visual equipment;
• Provision of rental and operation of video services;
• Provision of sufficient technical support and coordination:
• Logistics and dismantling;
• Rehearsal / dry-run.
