Provision of Event Coverage and Video Production for APICTA Awards 2024

AITI is seeking for Vendor(s) to provide event coverage and video production for Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2024.

APICTA Awards 2024 will be co-organised by Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC), Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) and Infocom Federation (IFB) from 3 December to 8 December 2024.

The objectives are to create high-quality visual content to promote APICTA Awards 2024 and document key moments through professional photography and videography for use as promotional materials on the official website and social media channels, as well as the production of key videos which will be broadcasted during the APICTA Awards 2024 events. Additionally, the project seeks to provide a smooth live feed and live streaming broadcast of the main event to local and international audiences.

The high-level scope of work involves:

1. Provision of videography team and services for event coverage of APICTA Awards 2024;

2. Provision of Audio Visual (AV) setup and services for APICTA Awards 2024 interviews and testimonials;

3. Production of APICTA Awards 2024 Journey Video;

4. Production of APICTA Awards 2024 Highlight Video; and

5. Provision of AV setup and services for APICTA Awards 2024 People’s Choice AwardSubmissions (Optional).
