AITI is seeking a Vendor to provide the rental and coordination of PA system and lighting system for the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2024 Gala Dinner ceremony, scheduled to take place on 7 December 2024 at Indera Samudra Grand Hall, The Empire Hotel.

The objective is to obtain the services of a suitably qualified sound and lighting Vendor to coordinate with the stage manager and entertainment vendor appointed by AITI for the entire ceremony.

The high-level scope of work involves:

  1. Provision of rental and operation of PA system;
  2. Provision of rental and operation of lighting system;
  3. Provision of sufficient crew in the handling of both the PA system and lighting system equipment
  4. Coordination with the stage manager for the Awards Ceremony;
  5. Attend the rehearsal/dry-run at a date to be determined by AITI.
