AITI recognises the importance of leadership development in achieving its strategic objectives. As part of its structured leadership development programme across lower, middle and upper management levels, AITI is seeking a Tenderer to design and deliver an Executive Leadership Training Programme for its Senior Managers and Managers.

The objectives of this project are as follows:

• Equip Middle Management Officers comprising of AITI’s Senior Managers and Managers with essential leadership competencies and support required to drive organisational success and deliver strategic objectives.
• Strengthen AITI’s leadership pipeline by developing participants’ potential for higher leadership roles, ensuring long-term organisational continuity and stability.

The high-level scope of work involves:

• Design a comprehensive executive leadership training programme tailored to AITI’s requirements.
• Deliver the executive leadership training programme.
• Logistics facilitation.

Eligibility

Businesses and companies legally established in Brunei Darussalam or abroad and past experience in the Contract Work are eligible to participate in this ITT.
